With a heavy heart, we say goodbye to our good friend and Limberlost family member, "Brick" (Jim Kinney). As one of our bouncers, Brick was always a warm smile at Bud Bash and Tip Up Towns as he did his best to ensure our waitstaff and customers were safe. He went above and beyond. We'll miss you, Brick, with every passing second, and you'll always be loved.
It's been a difficult year, and it makes us realizes how much we appreciate the small things. Our staff misses seeing the friendly faces of so many of our favorite customers and meeting new friends. What do you miss most about restaurants and bars?
While this would have been my 25th Tip Up Town, I am heartbroken to be watching TV instead. I love and appreciate the history of both TUT and The Limberlost. Our community counts on these two weekends not only financially but also as an uplifting social engagement.
There are guests we won't see; family's with 50+ year traditions that are being put on pause; and a sadness in knowing we will have to wait a year before making more incredible memories at TUT.
While 2021 has experienced a rough start, I pray to be able to visit with our customers who have become not only friends but part of our Limberlost Family! Thank you for the memories that keep our spirits high!
It may not be #TUT2021 but we will all remain #Limberloststrong and #HLStrong.

Unfortunately, due to being severely short-staffed, we are unable to be open this weekend. This is not an easy decision for us, as we have always fought incredibly hard, through thick and thin, to open our doors to our customers by 12 pm each day, even throughout the hard times this past year has brought.
As of today, we will be closing promptly at 4pm (today) through next week. We will, hopefully, be back open by next Thursday.
This is only a temporary closing as we try and regroup our staff and hire more people. We are not closing permanently but hopefully only for a week.
We thank you for your support and ask that if you know anyone looking for an opportunity in the restaurant industry, you send them our way. We would love to meet them.
