It’s National Gymnastics Day. Did you know gymnastics are as old as accent Greece where excercise helped men stay fit and battle ready? In modern time, gymnastics has evolved as a sport for men and women.
However, it wasn’t until 1999, this day was formed as a day not only to recognize gymnasts, but also encourage young people to get up and get moving in form of exercise today.
So on this day we want to see your kids “Get Moving.”
