We had to cancel the Wednesday 5:30 pm Parent/Child class because our teacher Paola is now teaching a live class at that same time.

Missing out on school holiday parties? We got you covered for Valentines. MCPS schools are closed on Friday, February 12 so we've added themed playdates for your kiddos and their friends. Now booking for 2/12 and other days!
I had some new helpers with gym setup today! And, bonus skills at work like: communicating as a team, working together to problem solve, and getting our muscles stronger while moving around the equipment.

Thanks for your flexibility on waiting for this announcement. We WILL OPEN for our afternoon/evening classes on Monday, February 1st. Team members will arrive at 4:00 pm; you can text or email the gym if you are not able to attend.
