Kids can wear their costumes, have Serious Fun with teacher-led games and activities in the Halloween decorated gym and bring a treat home! Happy National Gymnastics Day! Did you know gymnastics are as old as ancient Greece, where exercise helped men stay fit and battle ready? In modern times, gymnastics has evolved as a sport for both men and women. However, it wasn't until 1999, this special day was formed as a day to recognize not only gymnasts, but also to encourage young people to get up and get moving in some form of exercise today.
