I found these adorable Things with Wings at The Little Gym this morning! This week’s theme focused on arm strength. We used animals and objects with wings to help us learn about our arms and how we use them in gymnastic skills.
The WonderKids practiced grip strength and shoulder movement by gluing Autumn-themed pictures to paper trees, putting together bird and butterfly puzzles, digging for ladybugs in the “dirt” (rice), and making animals out of PlayDoh!
WonderKids Club is a beautiful enrichment program for students ages 3 to 4 who are preparing for preschool.

Guess What! It's Bring a Friend Week starting Monday, Oct. 5 - Saturday, Oct. 10! We can't wait to meet all our new friends this week! If your friend enrolls for classes, both of you receive a coupon for $25 off a private play date.
Please make sure to let us know if you are bringing a friend. Some classes are larger than others. Also, please make sure the friend is not a sibling or someone who is currently enrolled, and that they are age appropriate for the class.
Our WonderKids had a great time with Teacher Paula today! We built towers, practiced using scissors, read books, and so much more.

Howdy y’all! Today our WonderKids Club practiced patterns and rhythms at our Rhythm Rodeo. We dressed up, played with blocks, crafted the letters “A” and “B”, and practiced ABA patterns with blocks, candy canes, and our newly crafted letters! Here’s a video of our WonderKids Club future musicians! We used a tablet to practice piano and created our own songs. Check it out!
Today’s WonderKids Club theme was Monsters of Melody so everything we did incorporated music, songs, instruments, and more. We practiced patience and taking turns while we played on a felt board, played piano in an app, read a nursery rhyme book, sang into a microphone, and played an instrument matching game. FunDough was used to create music notes! Since we’re starting a band and we used drums, shakers, and rubbing sticks, of course we had to create our own jingle bell bracelets! Our music theme will continue for the next couple weeks so be on the lookout for more band photos! See y’all next week, -Teacher Paula.
