If snow occurs, widespread 1"-2" expect for all in blue and lighter amounts down south. Sunday Night-Monday Morning: This has a higher chance of occurring. 60% chance. Heavier snow expected as well with widespread 2"-4" expected for many. Weekend totals will push close to 6" for many. With the air as cold as it is, this will fall as ALL SNOW. Still lots to break down in this forecast but given the cold temperatures, it won't take much for snow to fall from the sky. Watching closely.

‼️COMMUNITY UPDATE‼️ We hope you all are staying safe and warm! As you all know, the current winter storm has wreaked havoc on our community and across the nation. We wanted to take the time to update you on a few things happening around the community. ❄️PARKING LOT: Yesterday we had a snow plow company come to clear out the parking lot. Unfortunately, the snow was so deep the plow truck got stuck and had to be towed. We have another plow company currently working on clearing the parking lot as much as possible. Please note, they will be limited to the area in which they can plow, due to vehicles being snowed in but they will get as much of the parking lot as they possibly can. We have ICE MELT located for resident use by the mailboxes, as well as the front and back door of the office. ♻️TRASH: Valet Trash service is currently suspended due to inclement weather. Door to door trash service will not resume until Sunday, February, 21st, 2021. The trash compactor has been emptied, so you are able to take your trash to the compactor if you choose to do so. ‼️OFFICE & GYM CURRENTLY CLOSED: Our office and gym will remain closed until further notice. Yesterday, we had a pipe burst in the gym and office due to the freezing temperatures. Our office and gym were completely flooded from wall to wall. We are currently without water and electricity. Our team has been working around the clock to get everything back open, we will keep you posted with updates as we receive them. Our office team will still be working remotely, so if you need anything you can shoot us an email @ Thelodge@allmarkproperties.com or give us a call ☎️ at (405) 455-3444. A change was made to move a remote learning day from Wednesday, March 31, to take place instead on Friday, April 2, to allow for staff members to receive the 2nd dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
