It was a pleasure working with you, Boynton Beach Fire Rescue. #boyntonbeachfireresuce
It was fantastic to be back at Potter County (TX) FD installing a MagneGrip Straight Suction Rail (SSR) System in their newest fire station, #1. As you can see, the installation team is in the process of installing what will be five hose drops. This is a brand-new fire station and an impressive facility. Thank you, Chief Richard Lake and Assistant Chief Pat Fitzpatrick, for the opportunity to protect the health of your first responders against cancer causing diesel exhaust fumes. We look forward to working with you again. #pottercountyfd #pottercountytx
Firefighter cancer prevention involves many aspects. This article is a good summary of what to do outside and inside the firehouse. For the best in exhaust removal, look for MagneGrip's blue hose, as shown in the article. https://firerescuemagazine.firefighternation.com/2020/09/19/cancer-prevention-at-the-firehouse/?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=2020-09-21&utm_source=ffn_now_newsletter FIRERESCUEMAGAZINE.FIREFIGHTERNATION.COM Cancer Prevention at the Firehouse - Fire Rescue Magazine

We recently installed an exhaust removal system in two Cleveland Heights (OH) fire stations. The Straight Suction Rail (SSR) System is designed to fit firehouses with little space to spare. The overhead aluminum suction rail serves as part of the exhaust duct system and uses the least amount of hose for an effective and compact system. It was a pleasure to work with you, Chief Dave Freeman and staff! #ClevelandHeightsFD #ClevelandHgts #MagneGrip
When fighting fires, firefighters protect themselves from toxins, soot and chemical fumes to avoid long-term health consequences. Shouldn’t they have the same protection inside in the firehouse? Miami Dade, FL has a new fire station, equipped with our MagneGrip Straight Suction Rail System. The photos show Station #29’s exhaust removal system in place – from the hose that attaches to the tailpipe, to the ductwork that draws the exhaust emissions along the ceiling and finally out of the building. An auto-start sensor switches on the exhaust fan when the truck engine is started. Enjoy the clean air in your new firehouse, Miami Dade. It was a pleasure working with you. #miamidadeFD
Important news from AFG! Any fire station can apply for an exhaust removal system regardless of age of the station, except for new construction. This is a big opportunity for fire stations and applies to the upcoming FY 2020 grants. Contact us for more information.

This year we are especially grateful to our customers, our work family and their families, first responders, front line workers and all who work to keep us safe and healthy. Happy Thanksgiving!
Broken Bow (OK) Fire & Rescue Station #1 recently installed a MagneGrip Exhaust Removal System. Consisting of Vertical Stack Rail (VSR) and Sliding Balancer Track (SBT) Systems, diesel exhaust from the apparatus is now drawn through the overhead rails and vented outside the station. Protecting the health of Broken Bow’s first responders is paramount and MagneGrip’s “100% effective capture” helps with that goal. #brokenbowfirerescue
Islamorada, Village of Islands (FL) Fire Rescue Department uniquely supports an area of 18 linear miles in the Florida Keys. With a variety of apparatus in Stations #19 and #20, MagneGrip Exhaust Removal Systems installed Sliding Flexhose Track (SFT), Vertical Stack Rail (VSR) and Straight Suction Rail (SSR) systems. A FEMA grant was used to fund the exhaust removal system. Firehouse personnel are now protected from breathing cancer-causing exhaust gases and soot and the beautiful stations will be kept clean. #islamoradafirerescue
Seminole (TX) Emergency Medical Service installed a Straight Suction Rail (SSR) System from MagneGrip Exhaust Removal Systems. You can see the overhead rail system that serves as part of the exhaust ductwork and the hoses that attach to each tailpipe. When vehicles are hooked up exhaust emissions are drawn into the rail and ductwork and exhausted to the outside. Very nice facility, Seminole EMS. It was a pleasure working with you.
Milton Fire-Rescue Department received a FEMA grant to install exhaust removal systems in stations #41 and #43. MagneGrip Exhaust Removal Systems used Straight Suction Rail (SSR) and Sliding Flexhose Track (SFT) systems in the apparatus bay areas to remove cancer-causing toxic fumes and soot. The photos show the exhaust removal systems in place – from the hose that attaches to the tailpipe, to the ductwork that draws the exhaust emissions along the ceiling and out of the building. Enjoy the clean air in your new firehouse, Milton. It was a pleasure working with you.
Wishing you and your family the happiest of holidays! Stay safe and be well.
We recently installed exhaust removal systems in two New Albany (MS) Fire Department stations, funded through a FEMA grant. The Sliding Flexhose Track (SFT) System is the most compact source-capture exhaust removal system available. The SFT system has no hanging hose loops that block access to doors or loading. It was a pleasure working with you, Chief Steve Coker and first responder team!
Wishing you a very healthy and happy 2021!
