Capstone Real Estate Investments is excited to announce our newest acquisition of The Mark At Lexington, an off-campus student housing community near the University of Kentucky. 🚨 ATTENTION RESIDENTS🚨
This coming Tuesday, November 3rd, we will have a third party contractor on site to trim the trees along the backside of the community. During this time frame, we need to have all vehicles remover from this area.
Please see the attached community map. While tree trimming is taking place, parking in the area highlighted in yellow is prohibited.
We ask that you please remove your vehicle from this area no later than 3pm, Monday November 2nd.
We plan to begin the tree trimming first thing Tuesday morning. If your vehicle is still in the outlines area at 8am on Tuesday, November 3rd, your vehicle will be towed. If we must tow your vehicle, a $50 fee will be assessed.
