The Marmara-Manhattan has 108 suites in a 32-story, luxury residence in the culturally and historically rich neighborhood of New York's Upper East Side at 94th Street and 2nd Avenue. The Marmara-Manhattan offers deluxe, turn-key, urban living in a serene, sophisticated environment. There are elegantly furnished one, two and three-bedroom deluxe suites and studios providing the comfort and convenience of a fine home with in-room business facilities such as fax machines and Internet access. The spacious accommodations, which include fully equipped kitchens, are all custom designed. Each suite has a distinctive character and floor plan. Some will appeal to modern tastes; others are in a traditional style. All have large, sunlit windows, many offering stunning views of Manhattan, ranging from the Empire State Building to the South to the bridges over the East River. More than 80 of the suites have balconies off the living rooms.
