My official new menu pricing will take effect Monday August 3rd.
Below are the new menu prices, lunch specials, dinner specials, and family pizza specials.
One last thing to keep in mind.. unlike other restaurants who have annual or semi annual price increases I have pretty much kept my prices steady for 11 yrs.
I don’t plan on having any further price increases for some time.

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic and all the issues surrounding it such as plant closings etc, all our products have gone through the roof. I have absorbed these large increases over the past few mths in hopes that they will stabilize and I can keep my prices the same but they just keep getting higher as my prices have stayed the same for yrs. My core products such as mozzarella cheese has increased 112% in the last 4 weeks. Pepperoni, beef, chicken have also had large increases.
I’ve always tried to build my business around providing a very good product at very good prices and it has worked for me for years. Unfortunately this pandemic has crushed my profits.
Starting next Monday July 27th I will have to increase some of my prices in order to remain profitable. These increases will not be very big and I will still keep all my specials with the built in increases.
I’m sorry to have to do this during such rough times but it is necessary as I’m sure all restaurants, groceries, etc have already done so.

Just an update.... i am still planning on re-opening the dinning room next Monday June 15th but am still very concerned with the recent doubling of Florida’s daily coronavirus cases. Yesterday we hit a record of 1691 cases but luckily Osceola County is keeping steady and on the lower end. Please, continue to be safe and smart and follow safe distancing procedures and I also recommend wearing masks when around people. I will have sanitizer at my counters for hands and we will be cleaning the dinning areas as best as we can.
These are very concerning and scary times we are living in so let’s all do our part to stay safe and healthy.

Happy Tuesday!!!
I hope everyone is having a good day today. As I have previously posted I was more cautious about opening the dinning room until I thought it was safe. As long as everything stays stable we are planning on re-opening the dinning room next Monday June 15th. I will have sanitizer bottles on the front and will spray the tables and eating areas as much as possible to keep germs away.
We hope everyone stays safe and we will enjoy seeing everyone enjoying our food again.
We appreciate your loyalty during these very trying times and hope everything improves for everyone.

With restrictions being slowly lifted we will be going back to our regular weekend hours starting this Friday May 8th
So Fri-Sat 11-10 pm and Sunday 12-9 pm. I’m still evaluating the weekdays but will soon be going back to regular hours.
Dine-in is not yet available since I’m having a hard time (like everyone else) in getting sanitizer for tables, plus I want to be cautious before I begin dine-in again. I expect we will open our dinning room in the next 2 weeks. I will continue to monitor how things develop around the state and open the dinning room when it’s safe.

Looking for experienced pizza maker/ cook. One of my guys is moving out of area. If you know anyone good send them my way.
Plan ahead for your super bowl parties. I’ll be posting our super bowl specials very soon. We will start taking pre orders early next week and locking up time slots so if you are planning on ordering For a party do it sooner than later. “The early bird gets the worm”.
Greek Moussaka will be our first special for Monday and Tuesday at a super special price of $6.99.
Next batch will have another layer and cost a little more.
I’m going to have my favorite chef (my wife) come up with some new recipes and tasty dishes on a weekly basis. Chicken Marsala will soon be added as a Pasta night special and if it’s a hit will be added to the menu. We may try some of my Greek root home cooked dishes. We may add a fresh homemade pasta salad.
This will be a work in progress and many of these will be cooked off my my house and brought in the restaurant in pans.
We may be ready by this week but no later than next week.
We will post pictures the night before as a preview.
It’s about time we added some new pasta’s to our menu so in the next few weeks we will be working on some new pasta to add to our menu. We will probably add a night and call it Pasta Night. I think Tuesday Night Pasta night sounds about right. We will probably do pasta specials etc.
