Due to recent NO-SHOW & LATE CANCELLATIONS, a reminder of our policies is in order. It has been a difficult year for all of us, clients and stylists alike. Our salon was closed for 8 weeks, and we have done our very best to get & keep caught up. So please remember....
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment. Minimum fee is $25.
Most clients have been understanding of how long it may take to reschedule if you need to change your appt. We will do our best to get you back in as long as you give plenty of notice, as much notice as you can would be great. We do understand that things happen that are unforeseen, and we are generally lenient on this policy. Yet there have been several extreme situations of no-show and late canceling, and it has been recommended that in this we need to enforce our policy.
