Why choose The Oxford School? Because Oxford provides the only early childhood program in Central Ohio with the main focus being the health and wellness of our young children. We’re tired of hearing people say, “Kids today are lazy, spoiled, and unhealthy.” We know it’s not true. Kids today are smart, active, caring, kind and well-rounded, and at The Oxford School we aim to serve as a resource to families to provide the highest quality daycare and education focused on health and wellness.
We’re so confident in our programs that we guarantee our students will gain such a strong foundation for learning that they will not only succeed in Kindergarten but continue to excel in his or her educational career.
As a parent of three young children I know just how important it is for busy working parents to find a place where they feel comfortable and confident that their children are being cared for in the best place possible and most importantly where the kids can have fun. With over 18 years of experience in the early childhood field, I’m confident that our programs provide just that.
The Oxford School is not a chain or a franchise; we’re privately owned and operated, and as the owner I’m on-site daily to oversee the operations of the center, and spend time with all of the children. Unlike many other childcare/preschool owners, I have a background in early education and was involved in this industry before I started my own family. Now that I’m a working mom I know what it’s like to be a busy parent and what our priorities really are.
Our programs at Oxford are designed to meet those needs and make sure that our students are more than prepared to be competitive in their future schooling, be active and healthy, and most importantly create fond memories of just being a kid.
I’m also proud to say that The Oxford School has a team of teachers that can’t be beat. Each classroom is staffed with a degreed teacher, most with years of experience in the field and with Oxford. You can feel confident knowing that as a parent I’m not willing to hire just anyone – I want only the best for my children and yours.
I know how important it is to have people around our children that they connect with and respect. Our teaching teams do an excellent job not just caring for, but educating your children while you’re at work. Our Owl Literacy programs and Little Sprouts Health and Wellness programs are designed to ensure that your child can be their very best.
