Post op week 6. Starting to wear shoes now. Can wear for a couple of hours and that is it, but it is a start. We are getting there.. Thanks for your patience in this journey. I am ready to be totally normal again.. Hope soon....
I love love love puppies!!!! This little guy go his very first cut today. Such a sweet face. I have to wait on kisses though, he was pretty timid.
Post Op week 5. Get to start transitioning into a shoe slowly. Can finally sleep without the boot. YAY!!! Went back to workout and yes, it kicked my butt. Those dumbbells are sure heavy now. But I will get back to where I was.. Another appt in 3 weeks to see if I am going to need PT. We will work on that one.. Thank you all for sticking this out with me.
Week 4 post op... Crutches are gone. Hopefully for good now. Starting back to work slowly tomorrow.. We will see how that goes. Have a great and safe holiday today. Keep your furbabies safe if having friends over and food they should not have.. Have fun everyone

With cookouts, bonfires and celebrating, please make sure your pet is safe inside and away from any harm. I am taking appts now as I am trying to get back from my recent surgery. With having surgery and having to put off his groom, Casper grew a lot of hair. Now he is matt free and looking pretty sharp for all to see. He is a sweetie and feels much better
Post op week 8. Went to see the dr today and I am now boot free!!! YAY! She said everything is good and that I am doing great for only being 8 weeks out. I will behave though, because without the boot I still have to strengthen that ankle and heel slowly so not to make it too loose too soon. But all in all a great report...
It was puppy day today!!! So so sweet.. Brian was going to steal one. Thank you for letting me love these sweet babies
Post op week 7. Traded my boot for shoes at work. YAY.. Hopefully Monday when I have my appt I can get rid of it completely. Fingers crossed. It feels good and doing what I can to get it moving. Thanks for sticking with me..
I LOVE PUPPIES!!! Clarence came for his first big boy haircut today. He was so good and we found a handsome puppy under all that hair. He has a skip in his step now knowing all the little girl pups will be giving him the eye...
I love making new friends. Piper came today for her first groom here. What a sweetheart. Can't wait to see her again...
Sassy has found her forever home after being shuffled around for awhile. She was a good girl and I hope she will trust me more each time she comes. Thank you for letting me get to know her today.

Letting everyone know that effective Monday, November 16, all my Pampered Pet clients will be required to wear masks when dropping off, and picking up your dogs. If you stay with your dog you will be required to leave your mask on the whole time you are here.. If you feel ill, or are exposed to anything, please call to reschedule. I am trying to keep everyone as safe as I can...

With the surge in Covid cases in the last few days I am asking all my clients to please be careful. Temperatures are dropping so it’s only right to do a PSA.
Your dogs walks should be kept SHORT! Booties on your babies feet are essential for keeping frostbite and hypothermia away!
Not all salt is pet friendly so wipe the feet’s with a warm washcloth after every walk. I cant tell you enough how many dogs are coming in with their pads peeled off. If you wouldn’t walk barefoot in the snow- don’t make your pets do it in this weather 🤍🐾

There is very cold weather on the way this weekend and into next week. We've posted this before but it's important enough to repeat.
When it's as cold as it's supposed to be (as low as -15°) dogs should only be let outside long enough to do their business then brought back in the house.
We're also supposed to get ice and snow on Thursday. Remember to clean off your dog's paws if they walk somewhere salt was used.
Please spread the word - no dog should be left out in weather this cold!
I love transforming my sweet dogs. Albus came in with tons of hair. His eyes were hidden and now he is so handsome!!! I love it!! He was such a good boy...
