The Patio Express

The Patio Express is a barista coffee bar featuring grab-and-go healthy food in a friendly community-store environment. It's the ideal place for San Diego's Mission Beach residents and visitors to grab a cup of coffee in the morning, an acai bowl, pastries, a fresh salad or a wrap at lunch, even beach necessities. Our full coffee bar features fresh-roasted daily coffees from local purveyor Swell Coffee Co. and chef-prepared packaged foods made fresh and delivered daily. The Patio Express is the Mission Beach store that carries the must-haves you may have forgotten to bring for a day at the beach – sunscreen, towels, bikinis and board shorts. It's also a fun place to shop for gifts, home accessories and décor, and items unique to the famous Mission Beach area of San Diego. We're conveniently located near the beach, serving vacationers and residents who share a love of sand, surf, and our community.
