About the Practice
Established in 1976 by husband and wife team Edward M. Gotlieb, MD, FAAP, FSAHM, and Jaquelin S. Gotlieb, MD, FAAP, The Pediatric Center of Stone Mountain is a practice with a mission: To deliver comprehensive care to children throughout Stone Mountain and its surrounding Georgia communities. With an experienced team, The Pediatric Center has been helping children reach their full potential, emotionally, mentally, and physically, for more than 40 years.
The physicians at The Pediatric Center of Stone Mountain understand that working with children in a medical setting is a unique calling. As a Patient-Centered Medical Home practice, each physician takes a collaborative approach to patient care. This means the compassionate health care team works with patients and their families to develop the best care plan now and for the future. Their goal is to provide families with the support, resources, and care they need to help their children grow into healthy, active adults.
As a Stone Mountain community leader, The Pediatric Center is often the first practice local hospitals call to refer patients with complex chronic diseases and complicated health conditions. In addition to physical services like well-child visits, immunizations, and various tests and screenings, the practice has two in-house counselors to help children with behavioral health concerns, such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression. That’s just one way The Pediatric Center of Stone Mountain dedicates its resources and professional experience to whole-body care.
The Pediatric Center of Stone Mountain team loves talking with potential patients and their families. To learn more about the practice’s broad range of pediatric services, physicians, and policies, call or book an appointment online today.
