PPH would like to congratulate its two newest Guardian Angels, Kingsley Emenyonu and Ryan Emery!
Kingsley (Security department) and Ryan (Maintenance department) have been recognized by PPH resident Anna Alexander — Kingsley for his friendliness and Ryan for his integrity.
“Kingsley is extremely accommodating and very helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure you are safe. His million-dollar personality is a testament to our core value of friendliness.”
“Ryan’s willingness and immediacy to resolve any repair or problem I have, combined with his gentleman approach is a true example of the integrity we value at PPH.”
A Guardian Angel donation is a meaningful way to express your gratitude for a special PPH caregiver or other staff member who made a difference in your life or the life of a loved one. Recognize his or her quality care and service by making a Guardian Angel gift of $250 in their honor. Your gift supports the PPH mission and further advances all aspects of resident life.
Congratulations Kingsley and Ryan!
L'shanah Tovah!
Happy Rosh Hashanah to all of our Jewish family and friends

PPH Price is Right was a great success!
Hosted by Volunteer Coordinator Carol Cherrington and Life Enrichment's Kathy Nucero and Bridget Klotz, residents "came on down" to the PPH Social Hall for four out of the last five Tuesdays. Games included Plinko, Pick a Pair and Hi Lo. Winners took home prizes from the Tabor Market and PPH Gift Shop.
Players spun the wheel for a chance to be in the Showcase Showdown. The two finalists were Betty and Joyce. Both took home a gift basket of prizes, which included a "brand new (toy) car!"
PPH held its Oktoberfest yesterday, Thursday, Oct. 15. Staff passed out hot dogs, pretzels, root beer and beer as residents enjoyed the Wind Jammers on a beautiful mid-October afternoon.

PPH held a Fall Fest event on Thursday. Residents — many wearing their fall flannels on what was a beautiful autumn day— line danced with instructor Don Nee and enjoyed chili and hot apple cider.
Special thanks to the Wellness Team for putting this event together, as well as last week's Salsa and Sips events.

PPH would like to congratulate its second Guardian Angel this month, Naila Dean of Pathways Nursing. Naila was recognized by Chuck and Priscilla Henry. Priscilla is a Gateway Manor resident, and her husband Chuck is a Pathways resident.
"Naila is kind, patient, respectful and intuitive. Naila has a positive disposition and offers encouragement which helps make life better. She goes the extra mile by picking out my outfits each day, getting me out of bed, and using the life properly among so many other special things to make my care feel like partnership."

Many of PPH's staff braved the poor weather conditions ❄️ and made it in on Monday and Tuesday. A few of them even had some fun in the snow ⛄️
Congratulations to PPH's most recent Guardian Angel, Natalie Ogborn, a CNA in Pathways/Nursing!
Natalie was recognized by Anna and Dave Morrell.
Natalie has made a connection with Dave that gives both him and his wife Anna comfort during his time in Pathways and throughout the pandemic. Dave always makes sure to tell Anna how much he appreciates Natalie going above and beyond for him. In turn, Anna has peace of mind knowing that her husband is given quality and compassionate care. Natalie truly makes a difference!
