Helping you lose weight and getting you in the best shape of your life is what we do best. We combine cardio and strength exercises to help you reach your fitness goals.
We take pride in mixing up your workouts and making your sessions fun while challenging you to push your limits. We will get you fit, strong, and help make you look and feel your best.
Our specialty is dynamic, core strength training for people of all ages and abilities. We meet with you, listen to your goals, and work with you to customize a fitness plan that fits your needs. We offer a complete fitness assessment/evaluation to measure/test your fitness level and if necessary we do a body composition test to see where you compare to your ideal goal. We re-test every 6 to 8 weeks (optionally) to see what results are acheived.
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS:
One-on-one 1 hour sessions with your personal trainer. They are private, and all the focus is primarily on YOU. Your trainer monitors your progress, and guides and teaches you how to perform the movements accurately, and helps you to your goal in the most efficient manner.
PARTNER-TRAINING:
Sessions designed for two or more people. If you have a spouce, friend, or anyone whom you choose to split the cost of sessions with you, it can be a fun way to encourage each other, and to feed off each other's motivation. If you choose this type of training but you do not have someone, we will try to pair you with someone who has a similar goal and fitness ability.
BodySculpt Classes:
These are fun, fast paced, performed in a circuit-based platform. They are usually 10 classes for 5 weeks. They help invigorate or jump start your fitness program. They are perfect for someone who could not afford the private sessions, and they are good for weight loss!
Yoga Classes:
Yoga is a fantastic way to relief stress, increase flexibility, gain strength, balance, and coordination. The PowerSource Fitness Studio is proud to have an amazing Yoga instructor, Lesley Hobbs, among it's affiliates. Leslie will be teaching 2 yoga classes a week, Mondays and Thursdays afternoons. You can do these on your lunch break or before you go pick up the kids from school (if you are a parent), or you can simply take a break from work and come in to relax your mind and strengthen your core and flexibility!
