Happy Friday from Christina's Corner. Today we are making a delicious nacho cheese dip!
What You'll Need:
-1 can of Hormel Chili with no beans.
-1 can of Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup.
-1/3 of a cup of Pace Picante sauce.
-Hot sauce.
-Velveeta cheese cubes.
What You'll Do:
-Pour both cans of Hormel Chili and Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup into the crock-pot.
-Add 1/3 of a cup of Pace Picante sauce.
-Add a dash of hot sauce.
-Fill the crock-pot with cubes of Velveeta cheese until full.
-Turn on the crock-pot for a few hours.
-Enjoy!

What You'll Need:
- Romaine Lettuce
- Girard's Champagne Vinegarette
- Marzetti Poppy Seed Dressing
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Slivered Almonds
What You'll Do:
- Wash lettuce and place in the bowl.
- Add both dressings (split 50/50)
- Sprinkle on shredded parmesan and slivered almonds.
-Toss and enjoy!

Happy Friday from Christina's Corner! Today we have a great Fall recipe with delicious Pumpkin Bars.
What you'll need for the Pumpkin Bars:
-4 Eggs
-1 cup Oil
-2 cups Sugar
-1 - 15oz. can Pumpkin
-2 cups Flour
-2 tsp. Baking Powder
-1 tsp. Baking Soda
-2 tsp. Cinnamon
-1/2 tsp. Salt, ground Ginger, Nutmeg & Cloves
What you'll do:
Mix 1st four ingredients in a large bowl - mix well - then add rest of ingredients and pour into a jelly roll pan or 1/2 sheet cake size pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Follow the steps below to make the frosting. Spread when finished.
What you'll need for the frosting:
-Frosting (Can be doubled if baking in a 1/2 sheet pan size):
-3 oz. Cream Cheese
-3/4 Stick Butter
-1 T. Milk or Cream
-1 tsp. Vanilla
-1 3/4 Powdered Sugar

-1 small tub of caramel dip.

-Place the block of cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
-Add in the 7oz's marshmallow cream.
-Add in 1/3 of a cup of caramel dip.
-Use a hand mixer to mix up the ingredients.
-Enjoy!
