Coming to the menu Wed 24th, koji aged bone-on New York steak. These are the largest eyes I have ever seen on a striploin. Pictured here, this one came in at 31 oz! Perfect to share. Notice the cut-you can actually see the marbling in this cooked steak. Marbling is often only seen on raw states. To see it present in a cooked piece, you know this eats well.
