- One (14 oz) box of gingerbread cake mix
- 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp. of canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 bag of white chocolate chips
Mix it all together and bake @ 350 for 13-15 mins

Meet Ninja - our February pet of the month! He is a miniature Golden Retriever Mix turning 17 in a few months. He spends his days mostly snoozing with his favorite stuffed toys. When he's awake, he loves exploring outside and following mommy everywhere. What a mama's boy! He is also known for having his quirks. Also, he is very ornery and quite quirky - he howls at the SpongeBob SquarePants theme song and gives kisses but doesn't want any in return.
