Amenities Monday continues this week! Our amenity highlight goes to our pool. Located right next to the leasing office, the pool has a gas grill and multiple lounging chairs. Our Pool is open during business hours and has a current capacity of 10 people. The best part is it's wiped down daily for your safety. Comment down below your favorite amenity!

Hi, my name is Nicole and I’m a senior at FSU majoring in Marketing and Finance. I’ve been living at the Social Row for two years and I love it here! You can’t beat the price and it's only a short walk to campus. The management is awesome and the maintenance team is very attentive. I love the amenities here, as everything is basically brand new and kept very clean! I practically live by the pool or in the business center! I highly recommend living here!

As our donation drive benefitting Operation Warm has come to a close, we wanted to thank you for contributing to the success of this campaign.Although our goal was ambitious, we were able to raise$25,000!This means that through our combined efforts, we will be supplying over 1,100 coats to children.
