Good Am, Tuesday 2.52 am, Skyler Had Surgery this Am to fix the Broken Pelvic Bone. I’d say it’s half fixed, She had a Eternal Fixation put on the Front Pelvic, Think of it as A Bridge, She will not be able to Bare any Weight for 12 weeks, Then we can revisit, So no walking for 12 weeks. Next Goal in 6 days is to have a test to check bladder and see if the hole has been healing on it’s on.. If is has then hopefully we can get moved into a Rehabilitation Center. She was moves moved from her Bed to a Chair, Then alil while later taught how to move back on her own to the bed, The Therapist said he has seen Boys her age scream in Agony, Sky says I’ll take the Pain, I just want to get Better... That’s Our Skybird!! Continued Prayers! Good Is Good!

An update on Skyler on Aug 16 th, one chest tube out, off Venalator, one chest tube in, 4 Surgeries under belt, surgery tomorrow for a broken pelvic. It is broken front and back in the Middle like a Donut. Please continue to pray for tommrow surgery! Skyler is aware of her surgeries and surroundings and is scared. She was able to see me(Mary) last nite. Skyler wants to Thank Everyone for all the prayers, generosity, and donations. She said to me “Why are people being so kind” and than started to cry. I than told her “Skyler you are so Loved by so Many and This is the goodness in People shining thru for You.” Skyler wants to Thank Everyone of you, and wants every single one of you to know that she loves you so much and gave a thumbs up!! I will post update after Sky’s surgery tomorrow. God Bless Everyone and Thank You for Loving Skyler!!

Pequea Township Police Department

It is with profound sadness that the Pequea Township Police Department announces the passing of retired K9 Officer Train. Train began his police career at the then Southern Regional PD in 2009 and had a successful 7 year career retiring In 2016. He went on to enjoy retired life with his handler, Officer Carter, and her family. Train will be missed by many. He truely was the community’s K9 and his dedication and love to his community along with the support from the community to the SRPD K-9 unit will never be forgotten.
Our condolences go out to the Carter family as he was more than a partner, he was truely a member of the family. RIP partner. Fly high, keep watch over us and enjoy dock jumping into the warm clean rivers above.
Thank You Train.. I won’t say Rest I n Peace, I’d Rather You Have a Blast and Be Free to Have Lots Of Fun!! Love You Buddy!
