I would recommend Dr. Theofilos and The Spine Center to anyone that has back pain, especially if they need surgery! Dr T is the one to go to. I had a lumbar fusion a couple months ago and I can now walk without crying. He did such a great job! The staff there are great too. They are always so welcoming, kind and patient.

Giving Back To Our Veterans
It all started when I moved a heavy gardening pot for my wife. The next day my back was really sore and after three weeks the soreness was replaced with what I thought was sciatica. It kept getting worse. It got to the point where I had to see a doctor. My doctor gave me a steroid injection and I was 90% better for three days. The severe pain started again! I’ve had kidney stones before and this pain was much worse! I got a new MRI and my doctor referred me to a surgeon that never called me back. Thank goodness a friend referred me to Dr. Theofilos! I got in quickly, got evaluated and booked for the first available surgery date.
I woke up from surgery and I was very happy the pain was gone. The next day I started walking and every day I walk a little bit more. It’s been 10 days since my surgery and I’m up to walking 2 miles a day!
