Driving for long distances could be the root of your sciatica. If you take long drives often, and experience severe pain in the sciatic nerve or pain is running down your leg, it could be sciatica. Make sure you are taking breaks from driving by walking around rest stops and stretching; it could prevent sciatica!
Movement is one of the best things you can do to help relieve back pain! You may want to rest to try and avoid back pain, but over-resting has shown to do more harm than good by making back muscles weaker and tighter.
