Today, as we prepare to usher in a new year, full of hope and optimism, we will be doing so while missing a vital member of our Sportsmall Family. Our beloved Director of HR (and resident therapist, sounding board, mama bear, bookkeeper, janitor, hostage negotiator, and general badass) is leaving us, to serve the greater good. Xiomara has accepted a position with the University of Utah, as she finishes her BSN. We wish her the best of luck, and send her off with all of our love. Xio, you’ll be the best nurse in the state, and make ALL KINDS of friends!💕

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have some of the best tennis instructors in Utah. Because it is so large the facility does not feel crowded.

Recipe by @tlcsurgery 🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈 #healthy #superbowl #snacks #buffalochicken #meatballs w/ #yogurt #bleucheese dip 🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈 Preheat oven to 400*. Line baking sheet w/foil and spray w/cooking oil. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, panko, egg, green onion, celery, carrots, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. W/a bit of oil on your hands, shape mixture into golf ball-sized balls. Place on baking sheet, and bake for 16-18 minutes. While meatballs cook, combine ingredients for blue cheese yogurt dip. When meatballs are done baking, gently toss in hot sauce, serve with dip, and your favorite raw veggies. 🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈
