Lee Mechanical managed all of the plumbing and mechanical work in the 22,000-square-foot Barden Department Store restoration project in historic Downtown Kenosha. The project is the new home to Public Craft Brewing Co. on the first floor and Upper East - Kenosha, a Culinary Infusion event venue on the second floor. The Lee team was an essential part of the project planning and installation of a 15-barrel brewery system, two full kitchens, a new HVAC system and numerous restrooms.
