Erica Stambler is committed to providing accessible legal services to new and growing small businesses. She is a former business and entertainment litigator with wide-ranging experience advocating on behalf of shareholders, officers and directors, entities, talent, and professionals. Her practice extends to copyright and trademark law, and entertainment and business matters. Erica’s deep knowledge of litigation makes her distinctively qualified to advise business owners and professionals on entity formation, intellectual property protection, and avoiding other potential liabilities.
Erica began her career in a Los Angeles law firm, Berkes Crane Robinson & Seal, LLP and continued to develop her practice with Liner Grode Stein Yankelevitz Sunshine Regenstreif & Taylor LLP in Westwood. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and graduated from University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Upon graduating law school, she received the Norma Zarky Memorial Award for excellence in the field of entertainment law. She has since been recognized as one of Southern California’s Rising Stars of 2009 for Business Litigation.
Erica was a founder and former board member of the Emerging Leaders Section of the Association of Media & Entertainment Counsel. She is currently a member of the Legal Advisory Committee and Affiliate Board member of the Anti-Defamation League and the Glass Leadership Institute.
