The leasing office will be opened Labor Day from 10am - 4pm. The pool closes at 4pm for the season!
We are happy to report that we have received tentative approval to build the dog park here at The Sylvan!! Special thanks to Laura and Lynn, who joined me at the Planning Board meeting. We'll keep you posted on construction.

2.Grow! Bring life to your apartment home by adding small plants for fresh herbs or vegetables.
3.Take a Hike! With our 24 hour fitness center being temporarily closed, explore the beauty that the town of Foxborough has to offer. While outside take a look around; if you see trash, safety collect with a glove and dispose of properly.
4.~Virtual living~ Enroll in automatic payments through the resident portal to minimize the use of paper.
5.Unplug. Turn off the lights, grab a book, maybe some art & crafts, a cup of coffee, tea..maybe some wine, and utilize your personal balcony. Disconnect and enjoy the spring weather!
