I would never think that my best customer service experience in New York City would be in a tire shop but it was! Cathy, the owner is a real angel! I had an issue with installation of new rims & tires I purchased online and 3 previous mechanics couldn't install on my vehicle. Cathy took the time to understand what was going on, ordered the special tool that was required and when we still haven't been successful she volunteered to help me deal with the company who sold me the wrong tires and refused to give me a refund. As a woman, I was completely clueless about what was going on and being taking advantage off and she stood up for me and help me make things right! After finally receiving the correct tires, her friendly mechanics installed them for a very good price (compared to what I was told other shops would charge) and I can finally put this headache behind me! Thank you Cathy & team
