Snoring, especially when it’s loud and occurs regularly, is one of the major signs of sleep apnea, but it’s not a guarantee that you have it. There are other symptoms you can look out for, including persistent fatigue during the day, often despite getting a good amount of sleep, forgetfulness, sleeping restlessly or waking up frequently at night, waking up with headaches, mood changes, and/or waking up with a dry mouth or sore, dry throat.
Congratulations to Katie and Rigel on their wedding. We are so happy for you.

That's fantastic! Thank you very much for the great review! "Although going to the dentist usually causes me some anxiety, Dr. Matz and Lindsey, the hygienist, made me feel comfortable. Dr. Matz is thorough yet gentle, and answered all my questions and Lindsey went out of her way to make sure I was at ease. The front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. Today is the day that reminds us all how important it is to see the dentist regularly. A toothache is the most common type of pain, and it is the most common reason for an emergency dental appointment. Nothing hurts quite like a toothache! So let this be your reminder to make an appointment with your dental provider right now, and you're on your way to preventing a toothache.
Periodontal disease can cause gums to become red, inflamed, and prone to bleeding when brushing and flossing. If treated in a timely manner, periodontal disease can be reversed! Make sure to give your dentist a visit at least every six months so they can keep an eye on those pearly whites and take care of any red flags before they become worse.
That’s right! So, take the time to learn more about this common dental health issue, and visit your dentist for a regular check-up! The best way to prevent gum disease is through preventative care and proper dental cleaning routines.
Unexplained pain is never good, and that includes jaw pain! One cause of jaw pain could be an impacted wisdom tooth, and should be inspected by a professional as soon as possible.
Keep your eyes looking towards what you can do now, rather than what you didn’t do before!
