Dear clients and friends,
For the last 18 years The TREE LADY Company has been committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of the people and trees in our community. To continue this commitment, we have chosen to remain operational at this time. We will be implementing a few new policies to ensure the safety of our team and customers.
- Beginning March 20th, our office will be closed to all walk-up visits until further notice. As always, we offer appointment scheduling by phone and email.
- Until further notice, all estimates will be performed by one of our Certified Arborists. (Yay!) During our visit to your property we ask that you maintain a minimum 6’ distance at all times. We see many people each day. Though you may not be sick, someone else could be. This firmly implemented rule will help ensure the safety of everyone. You are also welcomed to stay inside! Our skilled Arborists will walk the property and propose work per their expert recommendations.
- While work is being performed, we ask that you stay inside and call our office if you have any questions/comments/concerns. Our office manager, Danielle will be more than happy to relay any messages to the crew.
We thank you for your support and will continue to be here for you during this time. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call! Stay safe!
