Well this isn’t what I was wanting to see this morning... Cleaning up after a break-in overnight. Anything they took is replaceable, but we need a little time to clean up, so we won’t be opening until 12 noon today. We apologize for any inconvenience. 😢

Reheating Game Day goodies today? You’ve probably got the right tools in your house already...
Plastic wrap is actually oven safe, so it’s a great first layer, because it will help seal in the moisture. Then we like to slip it in a plain old paper bag to provide a little more insulation. Heat at 225, for usually an hour or so (longer if you’re doing a whole brisket or something big like that) and you’ll be good to go. Heat to 140* to be safe.
