This was a job this morning where I went to do the job, saw the rust, had to reschedule, took the windshield out, the customer had to pay to have the rust removed, and I'm going back tomorrow to install the windshield.

If you look at the photo real close, you can see that the urethane adhesive is barely there. Since the windshield is a structural part of the vehicle, I doubt that people driving in this vehicle were safe, and they didn't even know it.

The story from my customer is " Safelite sent a 19 year old kid to install my windshield on a 2012 Honda Accord. A Safelite manager appologized for the install and they would reimburse him to have it fixed."
We had an appointment this morning to fix it. His response to my question was " They are screwing me over and are now refusing to pay. Let me deal with them and I'll get back to you' Sorry for any all inconvenience."
