God is loving. That was this week’s Attribute of God. Our children were so excited and receptive to hearing about God’s loving ways, words and heart.

It still baffles me at times regarding this particular area of false evidence appearing real. It is truly where the enemy wreaks an exorbitant amount of deception.
Fear masquerades as logic or reason speaking as if it’s the right thing to do.
A perspective is assumed, speculation and vain imaginations escalate blood pressure and emotions and before you know it an assumption has lead to a full blown reaction that was never in reality what was happening.
It was a lie.
Assumptions are costly.
Having the ability to ask clarifying questions can bring hidden assumptions into the light.
Relationships are only as strong as the ability to speak the truth in love.
We were exhorted in last Wednesday nights teaching to risk more in our relationships, seek to discover, be good listeners and allow mutual honor and grace to set up rails so that a safe environment is created.

Tonight we had a fantastic Wednesday night bible study, learning about The Triangle of Transformation and how to be Captivated by Jesus. Iris and Ghanem came as eager learners. Ghanem Iris blessed our socks off when she came with her notebook for these bible studies on Wednesday nights!! We LOVE these hungry hearts for God!!

Sunday was beautiful. Testimonies were shared. The Word was preached. Jesus was lifted high. And when we thought all was done, some went up to the platform, picked instruments and played because the Holy Spirit was there and invited us to stay.
