Dear Customer
Due to the rise in cases of Covid-19 and the mandated mask ordinance by the city of Phoenix and other metro-valley cities The Werks C&C Inc has changed the policy guidelines for our employees. If your place of business has a "mask policy '' Our technicians will comply and wear a mask when entering the building and as they proceed to your machinery. Once at the machine they will secure an area that is sufficient for them to work.
During that period, they will be mask free. Please understand it is a hazard for our employees to wear anything that could catch on a machine or interfere with their vision causing them bodily harm. If a supervisor, owner, or operator needs to speak with them; please motion to catch their attention, they will step outside of the secured area and mask up to speak with you. When they leave the machine area to bill, clean up or leave they will leave the area as found and mask up to move through your facility.
If this policy does not work for your company then we ask that you reschedule your repair for a later date.
Sincerely
Craig Curry

As we are a service company for the MFG industry; we are considered an essential business and our doors remain open. We would like all our customers to know we are taking precautions and have a protocol in place to keep our workers and customers safe.
PLEASE if our technician is on your job site respect this protocol as he sanitizes the work area. This may take him a few minutes but it is for your safety as well as his own.
If you are picking up parts; please only one person in the shop at a time and please use the sanitizer we have in place at the front desk. if you prefer we mail your part to you call the office 602-569-1809 and let our staff know we can do USPS, UPS or delivery service.
Some freight has been delayed due to federal guidelines, freight from certain countries like China and Italy or parts coming through Canada are delayed. There is nothing we can do about this. Your repair is important to us and we will do what we can as soon as we can to help you get up and running.
If you have questions about any of our protocols please, again call our shop 602-569-1809.
thank you!
another day another project
