We are locally owned and operated by a classically trained team of graduates from Le Cordon Bleu College. Our Manager Alexis Oligher has her B.A. in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, Our B.O.H. Manager Chef Christina Romeros has her A.A. in Culinary Arts as does our Kitchen Manager Chef Benjamin Crumley. Both Chef Christina and Chef Benjamin have worked in downtown Dallas at 5 star restaurants with renowned Chefs and are bringing their expertise to Lawton.
Everything is fresh and made from scratch. The only thing we don't make here is the bread we get fresh from Johnson's Bakery. We grind our own burgers, break down whole chickens, cut our fries and onion strings, cook and slice our own ham and turkey and make all of our own sauces. We have no frozen prepared food or canned vegetables. We hope you enjoy all the love and care we put into every meal!
