Oh my goodness. These samples were amazing. Such a delightful surprise from the Guilty Biscuit. Can’t wait for their grand opening.
We would like to announce the upcoming retirement of our beloved operator, Sue Day. Sue is the friendly voice that has greeted and helped our callers for the last 9 years. Please help us wish her a happy retirement! Her presence around the office will be greatly missed.
With her retirement, we'll be making a significant change to our operations and moving to an automated phone system. If you have called our office recently you may have noticed the recorded greeting and a small list of menu options before you are forwarded to Sue. This list of menu options will grow over time as we make the transition to fully-automated.
It is our goal to quickly connect you with a team member who can help. Our Patient Portal offers direct communication with your nurse, receptionist, and our billing office. Our website can also be a helpful tool for common questions.

Beginning July 6th, all initial pregnancy appointments will be scheduled at our East-Manhattan location, at 8315 Positano Drive.
This appointment is commonly known as your New OB Interview, usually your first appointment with our office, and scheduled around the 10th week. We continue to offer an early ultrasound and a comprehensive intake with our nursing staff at this location. However, we will no longer offer an in-person discussion with our billing staff. Our patients can expect a phone call to discuss payment arrangements.
Please call our office if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your patience as we make this change in the coming weeks.

Attention Patients with Expected Hospital Stays &/or Visits:
(TWHG Just received the information below via email from Ascension Via Christi Hospital - PLEASE READ)...
Ascension Via Christi Hospital announces updated visitation measures
Ascension Via Christi in Manhattan continues to aggressively respond to the evolving Coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak. In response to an increase in individuals testing positive for COVID-19 in our community, beginning at 8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 23.
Hospital leadership has decided to resume more heightened visitation measures to protect patients, visitors, caregivers and associates at hospital.
Those measures, effective 8 p.m. today, include:
• Restricting visitors; no visitors will be allowed for inpatient medical/surgical and critical care patients or in the Emergency Department.
• Exceptions: one visitor per patient (no visitors under age 18) for OB/Labor and Delivery patients, pediatric patients and in end-of-life situations. (Other visitors allowed on a case-by-case basis).
• Door screening will continue for everyone entering the hospital through limited entrances (Patient and Emergency Entrance) and at off-site clinics and therapy centers.
• Anyone who affirms that they have a fever, cough or difficulty breathing will be asked not to visit and should return when he or she is no longer symptomatic. They also will be advised to consider a virtual visit through Facebook, Skype or other online platforms.
• Those who are approved to visit will be asked to limit their movement within the hospital to and from the patient’s room.
Happy Thanksgiving from our turkeys to yours (haha). We hope you all have a blessed and healthy Thanksgiving this whacky year.
