Many of you asked me how I started running as a total beginner 2 years ago. Since then I ran 2 Major Marathons, lost 26 lbs and feel happier and healthier. I will be posting 8 weeks worth of instructions for those of you who have never ran, but would like to be able to run a 5K in 8 weeks. Today I released a first video in a series of 9. Tomorrow, there will be a video covering the full first week instructions. In addition to the instructions in this video I talk about the most important thing you will need while training - sneakers. I am currently reading a book by Michael Greger called "How not to Die". I discovered Michael Greger 2 years ago when I was treated for breast cancer. A few days ago, there was a 2 years anniversary since my breast cancer surgery. I decided to make a video on scientifically proven Cancer fighting vegetables.
