We have seen 14 people die of overdoses in the past 72 hours. Please heed the warning below, go to findtreatment.gov for info on treatment and contact Central Ohio Harm Reduction for narcan and fentanyl test strips.

The Cook is responsible for preparing, seasoning and cooking food for patients and employees. He/she will provide services to patients whose ages range from adult to geriatric. Knowledge of Hospital and Dietary policies and procedures. Ability to work independently with production sheets and recipes. Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers. Ability to prepare, cook and serve food in quantity. Knowledge of materials and methods used in large scale food productions.

Responsible for providing transportation services primarily for patients to and from assigned destinations in a safe and timely manner. Assist in the proper maintenance of all vehicles and vehicle maintenance log to ensure maximum vehicle safety. Knowledge of general driving and safety rules and regulations. Valid driver's license. Ability to manage time both efficiently and effectively to establish priorities. Ability to interact effectively with patients in an empathic and professional manner. Ability to represent the hospital to the public in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to read, write and understand both written and oral instructions.

Mary Beth Wingo’s calling hours will be at Schoedinger Northeast in Gahanna on Sunday, February 7th from 2-5 PM, and the funeral will be Monday, February 8th at 11:00 AM at New Life Church Gahanna. Masks are required.
