Ann graduated from Gonzaga Law School in 1987 with her focus on becoming a trial attorney. She began her career as a criminal defense attorney. For 13 years, she defended people charged with felonies and misdemeanors, trying more than 70 cases, and arguing before the Court of Appeals.
For the past decade, she worked for an insurance company and at private law firms defending personal injury cases. She represented clients in hundreds of arbitrations, mediations and negotiations and tried cases with excellent trial results. After gaining this experience and insight into insurance company practices, she wanted to return to a practice where she represented individuals seeking justice.
For the past two years, she focused her practice on plaintiff personal injury cases. She has represented injured individuals in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, work site injuries, skiing accidents, bicycle accidents, assaults, wrongful death and civil rights’ violations.
A personal injury occurs when a person has been physically or psychologically injured by the negligent or intentional acts of another person, company, or government agency. When this happens, the injured person has a right to redress the wrongful injury through the legal process.
