1. Heat deep fryer to 300 degrees using vegetable oil
2. Use Pillsbury biscuits for the donuts. We cut the center out to make donut holes
3. Place the biscuits and holes into the deep fryer for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown
4. Take them out, let dry and dust with powdered sugar

-Southern Cream Cookies-
1 stick real butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream or buttermilk
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Orange rind from 3 oranges if desired
Add ingredients as you would for a basic cookie batter. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven until golden (around 12 mins). Try with a homemade icing or toppings like nuts, coconut and more orange rind!

This means they wouldn't be having their annual Valentines day party. So their youngest decided to have a neighborhood valentines exchange! They made little goody bags of valentines and dropped them in the mailboxes of their school-age neighbors who otherwise wouldn't have any valentines from classmates.

Fast forward to now and not only does she rock the bass, but she has played with numerous bands at several local venues, has played for Suits That Rock and best of all, gets to play alongside her son!

Today we celebrate Tosha! Tosh is always hard at work for Fidant, including currently studying for her Series 66 license, but outside of work she is even more busy! She stays active with her 5 children, her dogs and running her own business of designing custom tumblers. When she finds time to relax, she likes spending that time traveling and being outdoors, including her favorite outdoor activity, ziplining! We are impressed with how well she effortlessly balances every aspect of her busy life.
