There are various ways to win in court. When the Prosecutor asks the judge to impose probation, community service and a slew of conditions but you convince the judge that all of that is excessive and unnecessary...that’s a win too! My client walked away with no conviction and none of those conditions...just a fine. #todaywasagoodday
I wish the government would apply this same vigorous energy that they use to prosecute these minor offenses against minorities when it comes to say....non minorities committing acts of domestics terrorism.
