What are some great camping spots Andrew should check out in the Upper Peninsula?
Andrew is one of our HVAC managers. One of his favorite parts of his role is that no HVAC job is truly the same as another, he likes the variety. Outside of work he enjoys time with his family and being outdoors. When vacationing, he is happiest when he and the family are camping in the Upper Peninsula.
Temperatures are staying cool through the weekend, making fall feel even closer. What are some of your favorite things to do this time of year? How many of you take a drive north just to see the colors?

Not only was she Team Member of the Month for August, we also guess many of you have had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole K. (Customer Service Representative) when calling us. We wanted to take a moment to recognize Nicole and tell you a little more about her.
Nicole has been in customer service for 10 years. She defines quality work as making sure the work is done right no matter what it takes. Her favorite part of her role is interacting with all of you! Outside of work she enjoys reading and watching movies. When vacationing she is happiest somewhere warm with a beach.
If you talk to Nicole in the near future let her know of some good beaches to check out for her next vacation.

Today we had the pleasure of installing a FREE furnace and air conditioner for Michelle and her family. She was nominated by her husband and selected by us to receive a free furnace through the Lennox Feel The Love promotion. We decided to throw in a new A/C as well since hers was over 25 years old.
