Timber Ridge Health Care Center is looking for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist who is available for some weeknights from 4pm-8pm, and every other weekend. On-call availability and flexibility is preferred. Ideal candidate must be able to communicate via the telephone and in-person intelligently with residents, families, visitors, vendors and staff. Must be able to understand and carry out emergency response instructions per facility policy and procedures including, but not limited to, fire alarms, fire drills, and emergency evacuations. Greets all visitors and provides direction as needed. Answers telephone courteously and directs callers as appropriate. Must have basic knowledge of personal computers. Must posses personal qualities of compassion, courtesy, friendliness, responsiveness, respect and an ability to relate effectively with residents, their families and members of the health care team.
