Let me tell you something... Tincher's Custom Homes & Remodeling has always impressed me with their craftsmanship, but their work on The Crazy Water Hotel is amazing!
I got a sneak peak of the suites they are finishing up and... wow. To all parties involved - great work!
There are suites for brides, grooms, conference space, office space, apartments... this place has it all! Need a venue for an event? This is your place!
Ps... Retail spaces are scheduled to be open soon too! 😍

Here our goal was to create a watertight barrier between the deck and home. Never will this customer have to worry about leaks in some of the most critical areas of their home.
Product used- IB Roof Systems single-ply PVC Membrane.
(Will be finished with Trex Decking)
