NOTICE TO TINL & DELIMAN CLIENTS:
To Our Clients:
Please note that we are continuing to adjust our office procedures to correlate to the recommendations of governmental and health officials during the COVID-19 crisis. As such, we have implemented temporary procedures to remain in effect until further notice. Please see below for specific instructions and/or restrictions.
1. Until further notice, we are not doing office conferences with clients. Rather, we are conversing with our current clients, and consulting with potential new clients, via telephone or video conference. To the extent documentation is necessary prior to any phone or video conference, we are requesting that clients either scan and email documents to us, fax documents to us, or as a last resort, documents may be delivered to our office. However, in the event of personal delivery, we are requesting that clients call our office staff at 330-225-7220 upon arrival to our office parking lot. We can then make arrangements to have somebody come out and retrieve the documents accordingly.
2. For retrieving documents previously left at our office, we are implementing a similar procedure. We are asking that clients simply call our office staff upon arrival to our parking lot. We can then bring out what is necessary to the vehicle.
3. For purposes of signing documents, we are asking that clients contact our office staff upon arrival to our parking lot. We will then instruct our clients on how to proceed with respect to documents that require signature. In many cases, documents can be signed easily in the parking lot. To the extent documents require witnessing by more than one staff member, we are requesting that contact be made with our office ahead of time to discuss possible arrangements for those limited signings.
Again, all of the above procedures are being implemented to reduce face-to-face exposure, to maintain social distancing, and to comply with all current recommendations of governmental and health officials. We appreciate the patience and understanding of our clients as we hope to protect not only our staff but also our clients and the general public.
