EMOM - Every Minute, On the Minute
Grab 2 sets of dumbbells (DBs)—medium-to-heavy and light—then set a timer for 5 minutes and do the following exercises:
•Biceps Curls x20
•Front raises x20
•Lateral raises x20
•Squats x20
•Bent-over Rows x20
If you finish the reps before the next minute begins, REST! Stay disciplined; start your next exercise at the top of each minute. Rest for an extra minute or two when the full 5-minute round is done and start another round. How many rounds can you do?

TIP: For front raises and lateral (side) raises, use lighter weights (trust us!). For squats, load both DBs at your shoulders or hold ONE DB at your chest or let hang towards ground (hold with both hands).

TIP: Adjust the number of reps as needed, but try to keep them the same throughout each round (e.g. 15 reps of each exercise or 12 reps of each exercise).
