We are a family owned and operated business serving Greater Nashville and the surrounding communities. We opened for business in 2010 when Les Williams, the Director of Operations for TLC Pro Roofing, was in a career transition. Les had roofed his way through college. The former civil engineer and his wife, Teresa, were looking for a new career opportunity when he discovered Conklin and American Weatherstar Roofing Systems.
Now in the eighth year of our business, we are in demand more than ever. TLC Pro Roofing LLC is a small family owned business. We apply roof coatings. We are currently hiring coatings installers that are reliable with a strong work ethic. Weather permitting we work Monday through Friday. Some weekend work during rainy seasons due to missed work days during the week. The job qualifications are: INSTALLERS: -Must be teachable and willing to learn from every job. -Reliable transportation and valid drivers license is mandatory. -Roofing or general construction experience is a plus. -pay is $15-$20 an hour based on experience.
