As a trial practitioner, speaker and author in commercial litigation claims in courts and securities forums, Chuck Tobin is a well-known trial lawyer. In addition to his law degree, he holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation.
He has chaired the Trial Lawyers’ Section of the Maryland State Bar Association as well as the Bar of the District of Columbia’s Litigation Committee.
