Dr. Todd Dorfman joined Centennial Heart after serving as an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he is also served as the Director of the Cardiology Consult Service and as an interventional cardiologist. Dr. Dorfman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University and from St. George's University School of Medicine with honors. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. After spending a year as a research fellow in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Institute for Exercise and Environmental Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dr. Dorfman completed his cardiology fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He then completed a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Dr. Dorfman is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology.
